If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any non-customized product within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. You will be refunded for the item, less the shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount. We must receive the item in its original condition; this means new and unused and with the presentation box.

We’re confident in the quality of our products hence the 2-year coverage. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product if any damage occurs due to workmanship. We will repair or replace an item under warranty if it is due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, but it does not cover user neglect or abuse. This means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of SUZAN DES.
